The heat patch can be worn easily under any kind of clothing.
Usage
Open the packaging, remove the warmers and wait a few minutes for the activation with oxygen.
Take off the protective foil and stick the warmer to the clothing layer next to the neck or shoulders.
After one-time use dispose of the cooled down warmers as general waste.
